1st floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom + cot, Triple bedroom with 3 single beds, small Double bedroom, family bathroom, walk-in airing cupboard

2nd floor: Double bedroom, Triple bedroom with 3 single beds

​Outside: ample off-road parking, large front lawn with chairs and tables, covered BBQ area behind with electric and water connections for hire of Hot Tub, Bouncy Castle etc

​N.B. The stairs up to the 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow; a strong hand rail is provided. Adults need to accept full responsibility for children at all times.

Washing Machine on site.

Can be combined with other Cottages from Walk Farmhouse Group, together they Sleep 27-30* Max. (*Owner must be notified)

​There is a damage deposit of £500, you will recieve a refund within 14 days if the place is left clean, tidy and no damage to the property or park.
